More information:

• LEDA Airport will operate as a restricted airport for this event from 18:30 local time on Friday, October 4 to 16:00 local time on Sunday, October 6, 2024, as published in the corresponding NOTAM.
• This situation allows the airport to operate on these non-authorized aerodyne days normally.
• In practice, there will be no air traffic control service, but air traffic controllers will provide air information on the fair on the same frequencies published in the tower’s AIP.
• The special procedures for the operation of these days will be:
• The aircraft coming from Lleida will notify on the TWR 121.330 MHz frequency about the visual entry points to LEDA that appear on the visual map published in the AIP and transponder code if they have it and at 1000 on the ground, they will notify if they are participants in the exhibition or visitors and will be instructed by the informants to join the circuit and informed of the existing traffic.
• On the ground they will be guided by signalmen to the parking lot that corresponds to them.
• Between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning until 10:00 local time the exhibiting aircraft must be landed because at that time the Fair opens to the public.
• All aircraft must submit a flight plan and notify Lleida operations at 973032740 / 973032741, cecoa@leda.cat
• Slight delays may occur due to planned activities, information will be provided by frequency (121.330 MHz)
